Konstantin Dzhibilov
Creative & Art Direction | Graphic Design
I am an accomplished Creative Director and Art Director with more than 15 years of experience in brand development, visual storytelling, and cross-platform marketing campaigns across print, digital, and experiential media. I have a proven ability to lead high-impact creative teams and to develop compelling brand identities, integrated marketing campaigns, and immersive event experiences for major corporations, nonprofits, and cultural institutions.
Throughout my career, I have held leadership roles at The New York Times, WellLife Network, FEGS, and Bank of America (via Williams Lea), where I drove strategic design initiatives that elevated brand engagement and strengthened audience impact. My expertise spans graphic design, art direction, digital and print media, photography direction, and video production, ensuring cohesive and consistent brand storytelling across all touchpoints.
As a freelance Creative and Art Director, I have collaborated with a diverse portfolio of clients—including Blue Note Records, EMI Classics, Youth America Grand Prix, and The National Multiple Sclerosis Society—developing award-winning brand identities, editorial designs, and promotional campaigns that resonate with global audiences. Beyond design execution, I specialize in building scalable brand toolkits, overseeing production workflows, and aligning creative strategies with business objectives to deliver measurable results.
I am a hands-on creative leader who is passionate about crafting impactful narratives, fostering innovation, and mentoring teams to deliver exceptional, mission-driven design solutions. Based in New York City, I continue to shape the creative landscape through thoughtful, engaging, and strategically driven design.
My work has been recognized with multiple awards, including the Communicator Awards, Hermes Creative Awards, and Davey Awards.
